DELIVERY POLICY

  • Deliveries are free of charge to any address

  • For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through FedEx

  • Viari is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s), the amount paid by you will be reversed back in your credit card, debit card, Net Banking or Bank account (NEFT) within 3 to 7 days.

  • If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping costs.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

  • Viari believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order

  • If you notice manufacturing/ workmanship errors on your newly purchased product, we can repair the product for you. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided. This is valid within 90 days from the time you receive your product, applicable only in India. For International buyer it would 7 days from the time you receive the product.

  • If you are unhappy or have had a change of mind regarding your recently  purchased product, please return the product with all packaging intact, unused, within 7 days of purchase/receipt and you could exchange it for a product of equivalent price or gift vouchers of the equivalent amount. Exchange policy is applicable only in India

  • Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for one way shipping charges

  • Manufacturing/ workmanship defects include problems with zippers, loose or broken stitches, hardware and lining.

  • Viari cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining and ink marks and stains.

  • To return any items, please write to us at contactus@viari.in

  • All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number which will be given to you when write to us at contactus@viari.in

  • Customised order or products purchased at special price (offer, discount) cannot be returned/exchanged
